Why The US Constitution Is Better Than The Koran

by INFIDEL on January 6, 2012

CAIR tweeted this morning that there is “No Contradictions Between the Koran and the US Constitution!” Really?  Imam Feisal Abdul Rauf last year attempted to convince an audience that the United States is a Sharia compliant state. These two statements baffled me for two reasons:

  1. If America was a Shari’a compliant state then why don’t Islamic controlled governments in the Middle East have a republic like the United States?
  2. If the Koran and the US Constitution are similar in rights and freedoms then why don’t  Islamic controlled governments preserve religious freedom so that a grown and expanding Christian church can exist down the block from a Mosque in Pakistan?

First here is the video I created from mam Feisal Abdul Rauf talk about Sharia and compliant America. CAUTION: It’s a little graphic!

The Fiqh Council of North America, or FCNA ”stated that the religion of Islam and the American Constitution share no inherent contradictions.” The objective of the show ”The All-American Muslim” was to show “several Muslim families living their lives as Muslim and as Americans, struggling to reconcile their faith’s commandments with the constraints of temporal demands. Americans have been diagnosed by FCNA as Islamophobic because they think  ”that Muslims’ loyalty to their faith makes them untrustworthy Americans.”

Let’s address these statements.

No difference between Koran and US Constitution:

In the simplest terms the US Constitution reflects what a normal person thinks of himself. That is the right to live his life as he sees fit and not to be burdened by another’s life. Rights such as Freedom of Religion, Press, ExpressionTrials that are Fair and Just, Freedom from Slavery, and the elimination of Poll taxes. All of these basic rights that are guaranteed in the United States simply do not exist in a country run by Muslims. If there is please name one.

If you are a Christian in a Muslim Country then you are labeled under Dhimmitude which means that if you are not a Muslim then you are second class. In addition taxes are used to hinder anyone who’s not a Muslim. Also, Islam is a religion that you are born into and to leave it is worthy of death in Islamic countries. You may become a Christian but you’re going to have to pay for it. Also, Christians cannot openly evangelize in Muslim Countries? Where is the freedom to express your own religion that is protected in the US Constitution? There isn’t. In fact, I can guarantee that if I fly over and build a Christian Church that looks like a Mosque in Pakistan I won’t be coming back.

In addition, the US Constitution insures that men and women are equal in the sight of the law. This is just not the case under an Islamic government. Women are seen as property. They can’t vote and they can’t express themselves as they see fit. They are not viewed as credible witnesses in the eyes of the law during trial.

I would love for a Muslim to present line by line case where the Koran protects the rights of individuals as does the US Constitution. This isn’t going to happen because the end goal of Islamic teaching is for all governments of the world be under the hand of Islam.

Reconcile Islamic faith and temporal demands:

It’s strange that they even bring this up. If the Koran, the basis of Islamic faith, is similar to the rights of the US then why would there be a struggle between Islamic faith and temporal demands? What temporal demands are they speaking about? Is it sex? Well every other teenager of every religion and creed struggles with this. What temporal demand are “Muslim” families struggling with that is unique to only them? Are Muslims a deficient class of people that have special struggles that no one else in America deal with?

What is it then? Well, maybe its the fact that the Koran teaches that society must be forced to bow to Islam. Why do I say forced? It’s because the Koran says in Sura 61:9:

It is He Who has sent His Messenger forth with the guidance and the religion of truth, to make it triumph over every religion, even though the idolaters may be averse. (An Interpretation of the Quran, New York: NYUP, 2004)

Moving on:

First a phobia is a “persistent fear of an object or situation in which the sufferer commits to great lengths in avoiding, typically disproportional to the actual danger posed, often being recognized as irrational. Question: How many American go out of their way to avoid Muslims? How many American think that every Muslim is a suicide bomber? How many Americans really think that Muslim fathers are going to kill their daughters for being more Western? The questions can go on and on.

Most Americans are not scared of Muslims. However, If someone says they are a Muslim and the goal of Islam is world domination then what is the normal person to think?

What are your thoughts?

It’s official the Hijab is the quickest way for Muslim women to get cash and not work in America. That’s right. Interview for an American job and if you’re not hired then scream:

“It’s because of the Hijab!”

Well that’s what happened to Abercrombie & Fitch. It’s claimed that Abercrombie “discriminated against an observant Muslim woman because she wore a hijab.(1) ” WAIT A MINUTE! You mean to tell me that an “observant Muslim” who thought it would be respectful to Islam to work for a company that got busted by the media because their catalogues were equated to soft porn in 2003? But that is beside the point because the law doesn’t care how devoted someone is to “their faith.”

Abercrombie said that the Hijab wasn’t in accordance to their look of their Brand. Their brand is what makes them money. In a sense the brand of Abercrombie is their business. The teenagers and those early twenty year olds want to look good naked and they feel that they will look good naked if they wear Abercrombie clothes. How does a Hijab help the Abercrombie brand? Do women feel they will look good naked if they wear a Hijab? In fact it doesn’t. If it helped the brand then various styles and colors of Hijabs would be sold to the Abercrombie consumer. But they’re not.

Well the court determined that there was a $20,000 loss of income to this lady because Abercrombie did not show “significant undue hardship if it had made an accommodation” for her.  Well, I have a question. What if I had a religious adversity to taking a bath and as a result customers didn’t want to buy from me and as a result there was a lose of profit to the store. I was able to do my “job” without reservation and I abided by all the rules, regulations, and requirements of the job. Should I not be fired if I don’t do something about my body odor?

So what does this mean? It mean that “muslim” women can go for job interviews wearing their hijab and when they are not employed for legitimate reason they can scream foul play and get a check. In fact, they might as well go to multiple job interviews and cash in the American dream.

I couldn’t figure the best title for this post so here are a few. If you think of any put them in the comments

  1. The Hijab, Free Income For Muslim Women Who Don’t Want To Work
  2. The Hijab Steals 20,000 From Abercrombie & Fitch
  3. The Hijab The New American Dream To Fast Cash
